Possible Game of Thrones Fan Theories About How It Will End

Game of Thrones Fan Theories

Only 3 more episodes are left of Game of Thrones, and fans can’t stop coming up with theories about the ending! That’s why we are going to talk about Possible Game of Thrones Fan Theories ! Following this post, we’re going to explain one of the most convincing theories. Actually, this theory was posted before the first episode of season 8 aired, and up until now all the predictions were true! So this may be not just a theory, but a LEAK! So, read this post at your own risk … It might spoil the ending, who knows!

Also, if you haven’t watched episode 4, watch out for spoilers.

Game of Thrones ending theories

Game of Thrones : What happened on the 4th episode?

Ok so we know that the Night King is dead (or is he?) thanks to Arya, Daenerys has lost yet another dragon, and Sansa told everyone about Jon’s true identity literally the second she promised not to tell anyone LOL (well technically not everyone, she told Tyrion Lannister and he told Lord Varys, and he is probably going to tell everyone about it). Also, Jaime Lannister left Winterfell to go back to Cersei because “Cersei is hateful, so is he”. Cersei has killed Missandei, Euron has killed Rhaegal and Daenerys is furious and probably determined to kill Cersei and her army in the worse way possible, to avenge their death.

How will it end?

So this is what we think is going to happen:

Varys already knows about Jon’s true identity, and he believes Jon (AKA Aegon Targaryen) is a better ruler than Daenerys because he really doesn’t want a crown and has tried countless times to get rid of every title he’s been given throughout the series. In the conversation between Varys and Tyrion, it was implied that Varys is probably going to try to kill Daenerys. We think Daenerys is going to find out and kill Varys because of treason, she will also capture Jaime Lannister after he leaves Winterfell (and poor Brienne) and then attacks King’s Landing and burns the city and Euron’s fleet down, even though Tyrion begs her not to do this because this act will remind the people of The Mad King (Like father, like daughter right?). After The Dragon Queen refuses to have mercy upon King’s Landing, Tyrion is disappointed and resigns as hand of The Queen.

Possible Game of Thrones Fan Theories : What about Cersei?

It has been said that after resigning, Tyrion will  free Jaime and try to get him and Cersei out of King’s Landing, which is about to ruled by the Dragon Queen. Jaime ultimately kills Euron but is injured badly. We’re not sure whether Arya kills Cersei, or if it is Arya disguised as Jaime who does it. But Cersei is going to die next to the love of her life – Jaime.

Do you guys remember Maggy the Frog’s prophecy? : ” … And when your tears have drowned you, the valonqar shall wrap his hands about your pale white throat and choke the life from you.” Valonqar means “little brother” in high Valyrian. People around the Internet think Valonqar might be referring to Jaime, since he is the younger twin. Twist this prophecy a little, and you will get to what we said earlier: Arya disguised as Jaime will kill Cersei. This also confirm the Red Lady’s prophecy to Arya: “I see a darkness in you. And in that darkness, eyes staring back at me. Brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes… eyes you’ll shut forever …”. The “green eyes” might be referring to Cersei.

This is really heartbreaking to write, but Tyrion will also die according to this theory/leak. Daenerys will arrest him after she finds out that he freed Jaime and let them run away, and he gets a trial in the dragon pit and dies somehow.

What Will Happen to Daenerys?

If you are a fan of Daenerys – still – we are sorry to inform you that she is also going to die. I mean this was actually predictable all along. Dany has been wanting to sit on that Iron Throne since forever. In the world of Game of Thrones, you should never get what you want right? So according to this theory, Tyrion will try to convince Jon that Daenerys is a threat to his family, because of Jon’s claim to the Iron Throne. Jon himself doesn’t approve of Daenerys’s actions, and will ultimately kill her. Remember Dany’s vision in the House of the Undying? She was in the destroyed Throne room, and she never sat on the Throne. We addressed this because we think she will die in the Throne room, and in her last minutes touches the Iron Thrones – Just to make things more poetical.

We don’t know what will happen to Jon in the end, but I’m positively sure he will not rule the seven kingdoms.

What did you think of this theory? Let us know what you think will happen! Whose death do you think will hit you the most? We are also going to post after the finale, so I hope we weren’t too wrong about the ending 🙂
