Pizza | Fat and all American easy recipe homemade

This pizza will blow your minds, with the delicious pizza crust and your favorite toppings. You’ll love this pizza at your next family dinner or gathering. In this recipe we used pepperoni, green peppers, and mozzarella cheese that was shredded. The green peppers added a nice soft crunchy flavor to the dish. The crust was soft and crunchy.

Gather Your Ingredients

•2 1/2 cups of flour
• 2 1/4 tsp (one 0.25 oz. package) instant yeast
•1 1/2 tsp salt
•1 cup of water
•2 tbsp vegetable oil
•1 tbsp of oregano

Mix Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of flour, yeast and salt together. Mix it well together. Then combine the oil and the water. Make sure the water is 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit. Then add that to the flour mixture.

Blend at low speeds until moist. Blend for 3 minutes at medium speeds. Stir in enough flour for the dough to turn soft. Knead on a solid surface for 3-5 minutes. Shape the dough into a ball, put it into a container, and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

Cheese and Toppings

Divide the dough into 2 parts and with well floured or greased hands press each piece together in a 12-14 inch baking pan. Spread 1/4 cup of your favorite shredded cheese over the dough. Put 3/4 cup of pizza sauce over the dough. Add any toppings you desire.

Cooking the Pizza

After putting your desired toppings onto your pizza add another layer of your choice of cheese to cover the toppings. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit then bake the pizza for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is crisp and the cheese is a light golden brown. Serve Immediately after taking it out of the oven.
